Pianist · Award-winning performer
Top-ranked piano graduate of the Faculty of Arts in Niš with a master's degree in Music Performance with honours. Her students have won more than 20 awards.
Stefan Stojanovic
Pianist · Educator
Studied piano at the Faculty of Arts in Niš, including a master's programme, and brings six years of experience teaching at a music school in Serbia.
Tijana Markovic
Pianist · Accompanist
Piano graduate of the Faculty of Arts, University of Pristina, who accompanied the Opera Studio at the National Theatre in Belgrade and taught piano at a primary music school.
Mila Rasevic

Graduate of the Music Academy in East Sarajevo who has played piano and violin since the age of seven and has taught children at MJ Strings since 2022.

From first notes to Grade 8 and beyond.
Our piano lessons follow a clear progression based on the ABRSM and Trinity College London syllabuses. Students can work towards practical and theory exams, or simply learn for the joy of playing — the choice is always yours.
Many of our piano students have achieved Distinctions in their exams. Lesson length is matched to age and level: 30 minutes for young beginners, 45 minutes at intermediate level and 60 minutes for advanced students.
Beginner
Initial Grade to Grade 2. Playful first steps, reading and rhythm in 30-minute lessons — ideal for young children.
Intermediate
Grades 3 to 5. Wider repertoire, stronger technique and theory, usually one or two 45-minute lessons a week.
Advanced
Grades 6 to 8 and beyond. In-depth interpretation, diplomas and exam preparation in 60-minute lessons, twice a week or more.
